After the defeat by Pakistan in the Super Four stage, Indian team captain Rohit Sharma praised the Pakistani team.
Speaking at the post match presentation, Rohit Sharma said that we were quite satisfied during the match, even with the partnership between Nawaz and Rizwan.
Rohit said, “We knew that if we got a wicket here, the situation would change, but this partnership lasted a little longer.”
While praising his players, Rohit Sharma said that these are talented players, they have done a lot for India in the past.
At the same time, he also said that it has to be believed that the rival team also has a class, whose challenge was faced today.
The Indian captain said that we were not surprised to see the kind of cricket Pakistani cricketers are playing.
In response to the question regarding the score, Rohit Sharma said that by the way a score of more than 180 is good on any ground and on any wicket, but in T20 cricket every team wants maximum score.
He also said that ‘credit has to be given to Pakistan, they played better than us to decide the match in their favour.’
