Karachi: The 28th LADIESFUND Power Dinner #LFPower28 featured 28 dynamic members and movers and shakers networking and sharing ideas for philanthropic impact for Pakistan. It was an exclusive, small, outdoors event at a private garden venue with SOPs. Due to the need to be outdoors, the power gathering was held in the evening with fresh breeze. This gathering is the fourth in the 7th year of the power series, under the theme Impact in Pakistan, with the first Chief Guest being LADIESFUND 2008 Award winner Sheema Kermani, the second 2013 LADIESFUND Woman of the Year Ameena Saiyid, and the third being DIG Police Maqsood Ahmed TI, PSP. Last year’s theme was Engaging Men to Promote Trade and included several male diplomats.
The format of this popular series enables all guests to not only meet and interact with the Chief Guest, but have access to each other, while being seated in social bubbles.
