TDAP Quetta Holds Digital Literacy Programme for Women Entrepreneurs

TDAP Quetta organises a digital literacy programme to support women entrepreneurs and expand their business opportunities.
The Trade Development Authority of Pakistan (TDAP), Quetta, has organised a Digital Literacy Programme for Women Entrepreneurs in collaboration with Circle Women Association and the Quetta Chamber of Commerce and Industry (QCCI).
The programme took place at the QCCI and focused on helping women entrepreneurs use digital tools to grow their businesses.
The initiative covered practical skills for business promotion, online marketing and product showcasing. It also focused on customer outreach and access to wider domestic and international markets.
TDAP highlights the role of digital technology
Mr Asif Abro, Assistant Director, TDAP Quetta, delivered the welcome note. He highlighted the growing role of digital technology in business development.
Abro encouraged women entrepreneurs to adopt digital tools. He said these tools can help businesses improve their market reach and competitiveness.

The session also covered social media promotion and effective product presentation. Participants learned ways to improve customer engagement through online platforms.
Moreover, the training showed how women can use digital technologies to promote their businesses without requiring large resources.
Women entrepreneurs participated actively throughout the programme. They also expressed strong interest in using digital tools to strengthen and expand their businesses.
QCCI stresses capacity building
Haji Muhammad Ayub Marriani, President of the Quetta Chamber of Commerce and Industry, delivered the closing remarks.
He appreciated TDAP’s initiative and stressed the importance of capacity building for women entrepreneurs.
He said stronger digital skills can help women respond to changing business trends. They can also help entrepreneurs identify emerging market opportunities.
