The event, organised to showcase the project’s residential and commercial offerings, featured an elegantly arranged venue with a red carpet welcome for guests. The gathering was led by official sales partner Idrees Kothari, who opened the proceedings with traditional prayers followed by the national anthem.
A detailed multimedia presentation was delivered by sales manager Naveed Qamar, highlighting Ocean99’s design features, modern amenities, and booking incentives. Marketing consultant Omair Iqbal thanked attendees for their strong response, noting that the confidence shown by the Dawoodi Bohra community reflected significant market trust in the project.
