Karachi : RTO-1 seals a superstore in DHA over PoS violations
In a major action against PoS violations in the city, the RTO-1 has sealed a superstore in DHA , falling under the Zone 2 of its administrative jurisdiction, over PoS violation. The superstore was sealed under rule 33(24) of Sales Tax Act 1990. The receipts issued by the sealed super store did not have FBR’s bar code or logo imprinted over them and were not verifiable in FBR’s record.

Chief Commissioner RTO-1 Dr. Faheem Mohammad has called PoS violations as “intolerable” and urged the trading community for full compliance with the PoS regulations.
