Riyadh Air Launches Islamabad and Lahore Flights, Opens Ticket Sales for Pakistan Routes

A Riyadh Air Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner will operate the airline's new Pakistan routes.
Riyadh Air has opened ticket sales for its first flights to Pakistan, marking a major expansion of its Asian network. The airline will launch daily flights between Riyadh and Islamabad on August 14, 2026, followed by three weekly services between Riyadh and Lahore on August 18, 2026.

The new routes aim to strengthen travel and economic ties between Pakistan and Saudi Arabia. They will also provide improved connectivity for business travellers, tourists, and the large Pakistani expatriate community living in the Kingdom.
Direct Flights to Islamabad and Lahore
Riyadh Air will operate daily services between Riyadh (RUH) and Islamabad (ISB). In addition, it will operate three weekly flights between Riyadh (RUH) and Lahore (LHE).
The airline will use its new Boeing 787-9 Dreamliners on both routes. Consequently, passengers will enjoy modern cabins, advanced in-flight entertainment, and enhanced onboard comfort.
Boosting Pakistan–Saudi Connectivity
The new Pakistan services form an important part of Riyadh Air’s growing Asian network. Moreover, the airline has designed the schedules to provide convenient onward connections to Europe, the Middle East, and other international destinations.
The expansion also supports increasing business, tourism, and family travel between the two countries. Furthermore, it strengthens Riyadh’s position as a major regional aviation hub.

Passengers will have access to Business Elite, Business, Premium Economy, and Economy cabins. The aircraft feature ergonomic seating, wireless connectivity, next-generation Panasonic Astrova entertainment systems, and enhanced dining options.
In addition, guests will receive Saudi-made Kayanee amenities, Disney travel kits for children, and a five-sense wellness programme designed to improve comfort during long-haul journeys.

Riyadh Air also announced that passengers can join Sfeer, its new loyalty programme.

Riyadh Air, backed by Saudi Arabia’s Public Investment Fund (PIF), plans to connect more than 100 global destinations by 2030, supporting the Kingdom’s Vision 2030 strategy while expanding international connectivity.
