WEB DESK – Former Indian cricket captain Rahul Dravid has been named the new head coach of the Indian cricket team.
According to Indian media, Rahul Dravid will assume his post after the T20 World Cup. He has also agreed to take office.
Indian media says that the former Indian batsman will be given a two-year contract.
According to the report, former player of Rahul Dravid’s team Paras Mahabare will be appointed as the bowling coach of the team.
Dravid was part of the Indian cricket team from 1996 to 2012.
