Rafi Group, the largest private land developer in Pakistan, launched Overseas District in its premium housing project in Gwadar, Green Palms Housing Project, on February 6, 2022, at a private hotel in Lahore.
Streamed on social media for customers of Green Palms Housing Project Gwadar in the wake of Covid-19 pandemic, the event was attended by Chairman Rafi Group Imtiaz Rafi Butt, Chief Executive Officer Shehriar Imtiaz Rafi & Managing Director Shazil Imtiaz Rafi along with the industry’s top real estate dealers.
On the occasion, Rafi Group’s Chief Commercial Officer Shaikh Abdul Sammi & General Manager Sales & Business Development Rehan Rashid Khan officially announced the launch of Overseas District in Green Palms Housing Project Gwadar. They briefed the event attendees about the unique features of the Overseas District and the vision Rafi Group holds for the new block.
Chairman Rafi Group Imtiaz Rafi Butt said that the early-harvest projects of the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC) have transformed Pakistan’s economic landscape, creating a solid foundation for long-term growth. He said numerous CPEC Projects have been completed including Eastbay Expressway, Pakistan Technical & Vocational Institute in Gwadar whereas a lot of projects including the New Gwadar International Airport, Infrastructure & Energy Projects are in the completion stages.
While talking to the Press, Mr. Shaikh Abdul Sammi said that Rafi Group has built its profile through the introduction of modern trends in the real estate sector across Pakistan & will always keep it up as the trendsetters in the real-estate market. While setting up the stage for launch, Mr. Rehan Rashid said that Green Palms Housing Project is opening new opportunities for investment in Gwadar and has been designed with innovation and carries lucrative prospects for investment for the Overseas and local Pakistanis. He also mentioned that Green Palms Housing Project is aligned with the growth of the international smart port city to meet the housing needs of Gwadar.
