The event aimed to encourage structured interaction among industry players and address a key gap in the market — limited coordination between stakeholders in the real estate value chain.
Founder of PropTech Club, Atif Arfeen, said the industry’s main challenge is not a lack of opportunity but a lack of alignment. He emphasized the need for a system where developers, capital providers, and enablers engage consistently to create meaningful outcomes.
During the session, the club introduced its broader ecosystem model, which includes curated networking gatherings, the PropTech Times magazine, a podcast series, a dedicated mobile app, and GCC (Gulf Cooperation Council) engagement to facilitate cross-border opportunities.
The platform also outlined a structured membership framework comprising Ecosystem Members, Founding Members, and Strategic Partners, designed to offer varying levels of access, visibility, and participation within the network.
Organisers highlighted that the initiative goes beyond traditional networking, positioning the PropTech Club as a long-term ecosystem builder focused on driving collaboration and innovation in the real estate sector.
The club aims to strengthen connections between stakeholders in Pakistan’s property and technology sectors, enabling more efficient deal flow, investment opportunities, and industry-wide visibility.
