Karachi: Information Secretary and Member of National Assembly of Pakistan Peoples Party Sharmila Farooqui visited different areas of Lyari including Chakiwara, Kharadar, Shah Abdul Latif Bhittai Road, and various sewage pumping stations during the rain.
During the visit, she encouraged the local government staff. She was accompanied by Member of Provincial Assembly Yousaf Baloch, President District South Khalil Hot, Rashid Haroon, Inayat Marwat and other officials.
She expressed satisfaction over the excellent cleaning arrangements on the main highways of Lyari after the heavy rain and also assured to meet the rain victims and solve their problems.
