Following the review, the Minister conducted a Khuli Kachehri, an open forum for stakeholders to present their concerns and suggestions directly. This session allowed representatives from significant organizations—including the Chairman of Port Qasim Authority (PQA), the Chairman of Karachi Port Trust (KPT), and the Executive Directors of Pakistan National Shipping Corporation (PNSC), Marine Fisheries Department (MFD), and Korangi Fish Harbour Authority (KoHFA)—to interact with the Minister.

The Minister promised that all concerns would be addressed promptly. Directives were issued to prioritize these issues, reflecting a dedicated effort to resolve challenges and improve collaboration in the maritime sector.
