KARACHI – Prime Minister Imran Khan held a high-level meeting in Karachi today to review launching of Naya Pakistan Housing project in Sindh.
The meeting reviewed the launching of various projects for low income people under Naya Pakistan Programme in big cities of Sindh.
Addressing the meeting prime minister said that Naya Pakistan housing programme is part of government’s most important projects which aimed at making the dream of own residence for low income people true.
He said that business and employment opportunities could be available for the people of Sindh particularly for youth with commencement of various projects in housing sector.
He lauded interest of private sector in Naya pakistan housing programme and said that governments wants that private sector to play its part in the project.
On the occasion, private sector gave proposals in making the Pakistan housing sector successful.
Addressing the fund raising ceremony of Shaukat Khanum Hospital Karachi, Prime Minister Imran Khan says Shaukat Khanum Memorial Cancer Hospital is the sole cancer hospital which is providing free medical treatment facilities to over seventy-five percent patients across the country.
He said Shaukat Khanum hospital in Peshawar has started radiation therapy after chemotherapy. He said the Shaukat Khanum Memorial Cancer Hospital in Karachi will be doubled than that of Peshawar and it will be provided with state of the art equipment.
