Later, Ms. Gulmina Bilal Ahmad met with representatives from the Pakistan IT Industry Association (P@SHA). Addressing the gathering, she emphasized, “Together, we need to explore possibilities of equipping our youth with IT skills so that we can capitalize on the youth bulge and tap into the global market, yielding remittances for the country through human resource development.”

In another pivotal meeting with the President of the Karachi Chamber of Commerce and Industry (KCCI) and other chamber officials, the discussion focused on better collaborative efforts between NAVTTC and the business community to create employment opportunities and a conducive environment for youth development.

The Chairperson NAVTTC and the President of KCCI also had an in-depth discussion regarding different facets of the Prime Minister Youth Skill Development Program. The President of the Chamber of Commerce expressed confidence in the full cooperation and support of the industry for this initiative.

In a significant development, plans for future collaborations were solidified as Ms. Gulmina Bilal Ahmad, alongside NAVTTC representatives and industry leaders, prepares to sign memorandums of understanding (MOUs). These agreements are poised to unlock new employment opportunities for the youth.

Ms. Gulmina Bilal Ahmad remarked, “Our commitment is not just to impart skills but to create avenues where these skills become pathways to success. The partnerships forged during this ongoing visit, including those with the Pakistan IT Industry Association and TVETA Sindh, are a testament to our dedication to empower the youth and provide them with tangible opportunities
