Karachi: The Baig Group Vice Chairman Mirza Ishtiaq Baig organized a dinner in honour of Sardar Shahid Ahmed Laghari Chairman of Pakistan Red Crescent Society (PRCS) at BAIGS House.
The dinner was attended by the Elite of the city, and the Business Community including; Commissioner Karachi Muhammad Iqbal Memon, Lt. General (R) Moin Uddin Haider HI(M), Mirza Ikhtiar Baig Chairman Baig Group, Mirza Imran Baig Director Baig Group, Zubair Tufail President UBG, Khalid Tawab President UBG Sindh, Mian Zahid Hussain Chairman National Business Group of FPCCI, Syed Mubashir Imam, Muhammad Hanif Gohar Chairman Gohar Group of Companies, Saleem Shaikh, Sami Khan, PP Muhammad Ali Haider, Barrister Ali Tahir, Muhammad Umar Shah, Shreen Saleem, Sajjad Nazir, Nazia Malik, Shazia Khan, Zoya Imran, and others.
Mirza Ishtiaq Baig acknowledged the Pakistan Red Crescent Society’s (PRCS) support for helping flood victims all over the country. Ishtiaq Baig said that Sardar Shahid Ahmed Laghari’s services are unforgettable.
He added that PRCS has supported Pakistan in every difficult period. He said that the government should utilize all resources for the rehabilitation of the flood victims.
Further, he said Sardar Shahid Ahmed Laghari was at the forefront of solving the problems of flood victims.
The Chairman Pakistan Red Crescent Society expressed deep sympathies over the current floods in Pakistan and the loss of lives and property and assured that PRCS would continue its full support for the flood victims in Pakistan.
