MGN Pakistan has introduced structured programs for upskilling, career mobility, and gender inclusion, with women currently representing 35% of the workforce, one of the highest ratios in Pakistan’s financial sector.
Muhammad Hamayun Sajjad, CEO of Mashreq Pakistan, added,
“The Offshore Centres not only expand our local presence but also open global opportunities for Pakistani professionals to contribute to international financial services.”
With rising digital financial adoption and growing fintech specialization, MGN Pakistan is playing a critical role in driving the country’s digital banking momentum while enhancing operational resilience.
Faisal Muqeet, Head of MGN Pakistan, stated,
“We aim to build an Offshore Centre focused on merit, diversity, and performance, creating an environment where talent from across Pakistan can thrive and contribute meaningfully to Mashreq’s global operations.”
The centres have earned recognition for workplace culture and gender inclusion, supported by assessments such as Great Place to Work and Best Organization for Women. This expansion follows the launch of Mashreq’s full-service digital retail bank in September 2025 and complements initiatives in financial inclusion, SME support, and digital adoption.
