The standout feature of her look was a metallic golden heart plate on her chest, linked by a golden chain to a smaller heart placed over her baby bump — a symbolic representation of an umbilical cord.
Gaurav Gupta described the outfit as a tribute to “rebellion, legacy, and new beginnings,” further enhanced by Kiara’s real-life pregnancy. The heart motifs were meant to portray the deep bond between mother and child and the idea of generational legacy.
Her look also included a flowing white cape, drawing inspiration from fashion icon André Leon Talley’s 2010 Met Gala attire. The cape, according to the designer, served as both a symbol of protection and a ceremonial gesture.
