Furthering the vision of District Governor 23-24 it was strongly felt that a Secretariat be established in District 3271 so that the Clubs of the District could hold their regular meetings. To undertake this task a team was formed whose efforts have culminated in giving the District a respectable Secretariat today.
Muhammad Hanif Khan District Governor 2023-24 RID 3271 Pakistan and Syed Tahzeeb Kazmi District Governor 2022-23 RID 3271 Pakistan inaugurated the Rotary District 3271 Secretariat at Abdullah Haroon Road near Metropole Hotel in Karachi
DG 2023-24 Muhammad Hanif Khan informed the media that Secretariat was established for the first time in Pakistan. 180 clubs from Sindh and Balochistan of Rotary District 3271 can hold meetings to plan welfare works.
Mohammad Hanif Khan said the aim behind the Introduction of the District secretariat is to promote unity, cooperation, and togetherness amongst the Rotarians, and to provide a forum for the Rotary Clubs in Sindh and Balochistan. District Governor Tahzeeb Kazim appreciated the efforts of all those who contributed their time and effort to make the vision of DG 23-24 come true
The participants to the inauguration ceremony congratulated DG Hanif Khan for giving the District a very comfortable and impressive Secretariat.
On the occasion of the inauguration of the Rotary District 3271 Secretariat, DGE Mohammad Hanif Khan and the Rotary Club of Karachi Bay distributed Iftar to 415 underprivileged. This noble gesture has been practiced by the Club for the last 9 years.
The function was attended by PDG Akhtar Alvi, PDG Muhammad Iqbal Qureshi, PDG Irfan Qureshi, PDG Saleem Rao, PDG Col. Tanveer, PDG Dr. Aftab Imam, DGND Muhammad Rizwan Adhia, Syed Turab Shah District Print & Electronic Media Committee Chair 2023-24, Admiral Tanveer Ahmed District Chair Secretariat, Rtn Asif Mukaty District Secretary, and many other senior Rotarians.
On the completion of the inauguration of the District Secretariat, the participants moved to Services Mess for Iftar and Dinner.
