Karachi : MoU Signing Ceremony, Between Vcare Social Welfare Society & Sparks Business Club ,The purpose of this MoU is to establish a collaborative partnership between VCare Welfare Social Society and Sparks Business Club to empower senior citizens (55+) through **culinary skill development**, entrepreneurship awareness, personal growth workshops, and training for financial independence and active engagement.
This ceremony was held on 8th March at the Mega Ramadan Festival – Carnival, Bahria Town, Karachi.
