BRITAIN : An Amazon delivery van in the UK got stuck in a swamp while looking at a map on its GPS. The area is used as a shooting range for the UK Ministry of Defence. HM Coastguard South End on Sea said on social media that officers responded to The Broomway, a six-hundred-year-old, six-mile-long footpath in the Thames Estuary, on Sunday morning. The Amazon driver was trying to get to Foulness Island using GPS guidance but accidentally got stuck on a broom path in Great Wickering, Essex and the van immediately became bogged down. The Coast Guard said that the Broomway route is not for vehicles and should only be accessed on foot, with a guide who knows the marshes. This is a very dangerous area and is owned by the Ministry of Defense and can only be accessed when the firing ranges are not active and the barriers are open. The delivery driver left the scene and informed Amazon about the incident. The vehicle was later towed from the scene.
