Pakistan: Peace Series 2023 is a global gathering. Naval forces around the world are on one page for global peace and stability. A great initiative by Pakistan Navy of hosting this international Naval Exercise AMAN2023 with participation from 50 countries. Ambassador at Large for Global Peace & Human Rights and Chairman Interfaith Commission for Peace & Harmony (ICPH) Imam Allama Muhammad Ahsan Siddiqui statement on Friday. He said that Pakistan is one of the major players at global level which are fighting to maintain and sustain peace through troops, ideas and sacrifices. Pakistan has history of 75 years of sending troops and presenting ideas for UN peace missions.
Ambassador Allama Ahsan Siddiqui said that the successful conduct of AMAN 2023 is a message to the world that Pakistan is a peace-loving democratic country and wants peace in the region. The presence of participants from friendly countries is a matter of profound privilege and a great honour for all of us. He said that the Government of Pakistan and the Pakistan Navy are working hand in hand to defend the ideological and physical boundaries of our beloved motherland. He reiterated Pakistan’s commitment for regional peace, saying that country was looking for ways to achieve peace and stability in the world particularly in the region.
Global Peace & Human Rights Ambassador Imam Allama Ahsan Siddiqui said that Pakistan aims are to promote peace together in the world. Pakistan is keen to develop and strengthen the roadmaps for peace in region; Global Navies are joining hands together for international peace and stability. This level of maritime cooperation and collective commitment between countries for security and stability in the region is very encouraging.
He said that Interfaith Commission for Peace & Harmony (ICPH) and I congratulated the Government of Pakistan the Pakistan Navy, all institutional stakeholders and the whole team of Pakistan International Maritime Expo and Conference. ICPH It is hoped that these exercises will help in increasing bilateral cooperation with other countries and for peace and security. We are wishing all participants a great exercise.
