Maryam Nawaz, daughter of former Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif and vice president of Muslim League (N) asked Federal Finance Minister Miftah Ismail to withdraw tax collection on electricity bill.
In a statement on the social media website, Maryam Nawaz tagged the Federal Finance Minister and said that Miftah Ismail Bhai, withdraw the tax on the electricity bill.

He further said that Miftah Ismail Bhai traders are worried and complaining, hope you will find a solution.
Maryam Nawaz said in another tweet that Miftah Ismail has just been spoken to, he has assured to speak to the businessmen.
He said that the federal minister said that, God willing, we will sit with the businessmen tomorrow on this issue and find a solution.
