After reading the articles in your Website, I want to bring a public problem to your sight and the problem is drainage systems in Karachi. First of all, we can discuss the types of drainage systems.
First, is surface drainage, second is subsurface, third is slope drainage, and lastly, downspouts and gutter systems. The government is quick in issuing the statements that they are ready to deal with any issue or natural disaster but it is shown in every rain that hits Karachi.
Drainage systems in the country especially in Karachi are very bad according to and regarding the infrastructure of the city. One solution to this is if the authorities dig up thousands of kilometers of sewage lines and replace them or by establishing hundreds of pumping stations.
The city’s drainage systems have been destroyed by the natural flow of water and the encroachments have done the remaining damage. Along with the cleaning of drains, a long-term solution is needed for this problem.
Government should take some decisions and I know that through your website, many authorities can be given the information about this issue, and this can be solved by the authorities through your website.
