INDIA : The 50-year-old woman, named Vanita Shukla, was rushed to a private hospital after she collapsed at home. Doctors initially assessed her condition as critical and said her chances of survival were slim. After two days of treatment, Vanita Shukla was discharged from the hospital and doctors confirmed that she had no signs of life. According to her husband, she was being brought back home and the family was told to prepare for her last rites as her heart rate was low and breathing was almost stopped. However, on the way, the ambulance hit a pothole on the road, after which Vanita started breathing immediately. She was immediately shifted to a nearby hospital, where after two weeks of treatment, she made a full recovery and was discharged from the hospital. Experts are calling the incident a medical mystery, highlighting the importance of further research into the ways the human body and brain work.
