According to sources, the committee includes Interior Minister Qamar Zaman, Ayaz Sadiq, Asad Mahmood and Law Minister Nazir Tarar.

Imran Khan had admitted in an interview that the participants of the peaceful march had weapons, while Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Mahmood Khan had threatened to use Khyber Pakhtunkhwa force against the federation in the next long march.
