Karachi — In celebration of the 79th Anniversary of Indonesian Independence, the Indonesian Consulate General in Karachi, in collaboration with the Afzaal Memorial Thalassemia Foundation (ATMF), hosted a successful Blood Donor Campaign. The event took place at the Indonesian Consulate General office and was attended by various diplomats, including the Consul from the Malaysian Consulate.
Shamoon Zaki, President of the Pakistan Indonesia Business Forum, coordinated the blood drive in partnership with ATMF. As a regular donor, Zaki emphasized the importance of contributing blood for thalassemia patients, a cause he supports annually.

The campaign was a success, with donations coming from various sectors, including the Karachi Chamber of Commerce and Industry (KCCI). This collaborative effort with ATMF and the business community highlights the commitment to aiding thalassemia patients.
We encourage everyone, especially within the business community, to join us in this noble cause. Your donation can make a significant difference in the lives of those in need. We look forward to continuing this valuable initiative and invite others to participate in future blood drives.
