Karachi Pakistan : After the ninth prestigious ceremony of Icon of the Nation Award, the team of Icon Awards headed by Chairman Rehmatullah Memon and CEO Uzma Saber had a special meeting with Chief Secretary Sindh Syed Asif Haider Shah at his residence. In this meeting, there was a detailed discussion on the quality and merit of the awards. The Chief Secretary was presented with a special portrait, a beautiful bouquet of flowers, and a commemorative album of the award ceremony by the Icon Awards team in recognition of his participation and support. A commemorative photo was also taken on the occasion. . Appreciating the transparency and merit-based decisions of the Icon Awards, the Chief Secretary said that the Sindh Government always encourages initiatives that help the real heroes of the society to get their due. He further said that it was a matter of pride for him to participate in the awards ceremony and hoped that the Aniwala Icon Awards would provide opportunities for the talent of the country to grow further. K Shaan Chaudhary and drama actress Asma Saif were also present. On this occasion, Mansoor Mughiri was also presented with a portrait of the Icon of the Nation Award in recognition of his services, which was given by Chief Secretary Syed Asif Haider Shah. Uzma Saber thanked the Chief Secretary and other guests and said that the aim of the Icon Awards is to bring forward those people who make the country famous with their hard work and performance. He further said that not only the awards will be continued but cash prizes will also be introduced in the future to encourage more.
