A Vibrant Gathering of Literary Colors in Karachi:

Karachi: The Sindh Literature Foundation organized the Sindh Literary Festival on 15 November 2025 at a local hotel in Karachi, breathing new life into the city’s literary circles. The festival not only allowed literary figures to share their thoughts and experiences but also featured captivating performances by folk artists, winning the hearts of the attendees. This event marked an important addition to Karachi’s literary landscape, drawing the attention of literature enthusiasts and cultural communities alike.

The chief guest of the program was the Sindh Minister for Local Government, Housing, and Town Planning, Syed Nasir Hussain Shah, who highlighted the cultural and literary significance of the festival. In his address, he stated that such programs not only promote a rich literary environment but also serve as a means to connect the younger generation with literary awareness and cultural heritage. He further emphasized that regular organization of such events is essential for the promotion of Sindh’s culture and literature, and for providing a platform to literary and folk artists to showcase their talents.
