Karachi, September 15, 2025: The Consumers Association of Pakistan (CAP) has announced the appointment of Mr. Muddasir Alam as Vice Chairman of its Media Committee, effective September 15, 2025. This is a voluntary position awarded in recognition of his exceptional expertise and long-standing professional contributions in the fields of media, sales, and marketing.
With more than 20 years of progressive achievements, Mr. Alam began his career at Daily Ummat in 2000, later assuming leadership roles at Daily Times, and subsequently serving in senior executive capacities at Pakistan Today. He is currently the Director of Sales and Marketing, bringing with him a wealth of knowledge, vision, and proven leadership.
“Mr. Alam’s strong communication skills, strategic vision, and extensive media experience make him the ideal choice to strengthen CAP’s media presence and outreach,” said a CAP spokesperson. “His leadership will help us enhance public awareness and effectively communicate CAP’s mission of protecting and empowering consumers across Pakistan.”
In his new role, Mr. Alam will be responsible for guiding CAP’s media strategy, building relationships with press and media organizations, and promoting the association’s initiatives for consumer rights and welfare.
The Consumers Association of Pakistan expressed confidence that Mr. Alam’s dedication and creativity will contribute significantly to advancing the association’s objectives.
