SSGC Unveils Gas Supply Schedule for Ramadan 2025 in Sindh & Balochistan
The Sui Southern Gas Company (SSGC) has announced its gas supply schedule for Ramadan 2025, ensuring uninterrupted service during Sehar and Iftaar in Karachi, interior Sindh, and Balochistan.
In a statement, SSGC reaffirmed its commitment to providing a smooth gas supply for customers during the holy month. However, the company also warned about depleting natural gas reserves, which are declining at an annual rate of 10%, further increasing the supply-demand gap.
To manage gas pressure efficiently, SSGC will implement gas pressure profiling during specific hours:
Gas Available:
- 3:00 AM to 9:00 AM
- 3:30 PM to 10:00 PM
Gas Suspension:
- 9:00 AM to 3:30 PM
- 10:00 PM to 3:00 AM
This schedule aims to ensure optimal gas distribution during peak usage times throughout Ramadan.
