Karachi (Staff Reporter) UAE Embassy and TDAP Chief Executive Zubair Motiwala has signed an agreement to hold the first international date festival in Pakistan.
International date festival will be held in Pakistan on October 24, 2024. The UAE Ambassador in Pakistan Hamad Obaid Ibrahim Salem Alzaabi and consel general in Karachi Dr. Bakheet Ateeq Alremeithi were also present in the signing agreement.
The UAE ambassador said that this will be a unique festival where countries around the world will participate and it will increase the export of Pakistani dates and improve the economic condition of the country.
This festival will strengthen the economic relations between the two countries besides it will provide a significant opportunity to increase and promote date production. Various entrepreneurs will participate in the event who will share the different types of dates and their production methods in the festival.
