The Professional Fellows Program for South Central Asia on Governance and Society is a two-way global exchange program designed to promote mutual understanding and lasting partnerships between mid-level emerging leaders from India, Nepal, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, and the United States. The program provides opportunities for Fellows ages 25-40 to collaborate and share ideas, approaches, and strategies to develop solutions to pressing local and global challenges. In addition to enhancing leadership and professional skills for both American and non-U.S. Fellows, the program builds a global network of like-minded professionals committed to creating positive change in their workplaces and communities.
