TCS Launches Home Passport Service Across Pakistan
TCS and DGIP officials launch the Passport at Your Doorstep service in Islamabad.
Passport Delivery has become easier in Pakistan after TCS partnered with the Directorate General of Immigration and Passports (DGIP) to launch the “Passport at Your Doorstep” service.

The new service allows applicants to receive their passports at their preferred address. Officials launched the initiative during a meeting at the DGIP headquarters in Islamabad.
TCS Chief Executive Officer Hassan Raza Leghari said the partnership supports digital governance and improves public services. He added that passports are highly sensitive documents. Therefore, TCS will use its nationwide logistics network to deliver them safely, securely, and on time.
Meanwhile, officials from both organizations discussed plans to modernize passport services further. They also reviewed ways to improve efficiency and strengthen the secure delivery process across Pakistan.
Director General Immigration and Passports Muhammad Ali Randhawa said the new service will make passport collection more accessible and convenient. As a result, applicants will no longer need to make unnecessary visits to passport offices. He added that the system ensures a secure and smooth delivery process.
Furthermore, the initiative supports the government’s wider efforts to modernize public services. It also aims to improve the overall experience for citizens through reliable nationwide logistics.
TCS has decades of experience in courier, logistics, and secure document handling. The company said it will continue supporting public and private sector organizations with technology-driven delivery solutions.
