KARACHI, May 12, 2026: Spotify has unveiled a special in-app experience titled “Spotify 20: Your Party of the Year(s)” to mark its 20th anniversary, giving users a nostalgic and personalized journey through their music listening history.
The new feature allows listeners to explore never-before-shared insights from their time on the platform, transforming two decades of streaming into an interactive digital time capsule celebrating fans, artists, and music culture.
Available starting today within the Spotify mobile app, the experience offers users a unique look back at their listening habits since the day they first joined the platform.
Among the personalized insights included in the experience are:
- First Day on Spotify
- Total Number of Unique Songs Streamed
- First Song Ever Played
- All-Time Most Streamed Artist
One of the key highlights is the All-Time Top Songs Playlist, featuring users’ top 120 most-played songs along with individual play counts. The playlist can be saved directly to users’ Spotify libraries for future listening.
To make the experience more engaging and social, Spotify has also introduced custom-designed share cards for every data story. Users can easily share their music memories with friends or post them on social media platforms including Instagram.
Fans can access the experience by opening the Spotify mobile app and searching for “Spotify 20” or “Party of the Year(s)”. The feature is also available through Spotify 20 Experience on mobile devices.
According to Spotify, the initiative is designed to celebrate the defining moments of listeners’ musical journeys while recognizing the artists and fans who have contributed to the platform’s global success over the last two decades.
