KARACHI – SINA Health, Education & Welfare Trust inaugurated its clinic ‘Abdul Majeed Moten Centre’ at Ittehad Town, Karachi. A special ceremony was organized at the clinic’s location where the clinic sponsor’s family, SINA Board of Trustees, management team and its different partners were present.
Sharing the importance of supporting quality primary healthcare, Mr. Rafiq Rangoonwala (Trustee, SINA) stated ‘More than 80% of the population residing in Ittehad Town and its surrounding areas do not have access to quality primary healthcare. SINA is providing affordable and accessible quality primary healthcare to the inhabitants of this area with essential services of consultation, medicines, diagnostics through laboratory tests and ultrasound, treatment and referral service whenever required.”
SINA clinics currently cater to over 850,000+ patients annually. It is expected that SINA Abdul Majeed Moten Centre will treat 32,000+ more deserving patients every year.
