KARACHI: Rotary District 3271 Governor Shahzad Sabir received a Token of Appreciation from Malaysia’s Consul General, H.E. Mohd Yunus Ibrahim, at the Pakistan–Malaysia Symposium 2026, held on October 13 at the Mövenpick Hotel in Karachi.
The recognition acknowledged Shahzad Sabir’s valuable support and contributions towards strengthening relations between Pakistan and Malaysia and promoting meaningful bilateral cooperation.
The symposium brought together stakeholders to encourage stronger economic ties, expand bilateral trade and explore opportunities for collaboration between the two countries.
The event was supported by the Diplomatic Forum for Socio-Economic Foundation and the Sindh Economic Zones Management Company (SEZMC), Government of Sindh. Their efforts helped bring relevant stakeholders together to advance economic diplomacy and promote mutually beneficial partnerships.
The recognition highlights the importance of collaboration among diplomatic representatives, business leaders and community organisations in strengthening Pakistan–Malaysia relations.
