Mr. Irfan Iqbal Sheikh, President of the Federation of Pakistan Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FPCCI) has appointed Mr. Shahid Jawed Qureshi, a well-known figure in the business and industry circle, as the Convener of FPCCI’s Central Standing Committee on Public Utilities for the year 2022.
Mr Qureshi has over twenty three years of accumulated experience in serving the business community at different positions, including as Vice chairman of the (KATI). He is Chief Executive of Shahbaz International and Managing Partner of S.F. Corporation. He also served as member Ex Managing Committee of the Karachi Chamber of Commerce and Industry (KCCI). He held chairmanship positions of several standing committees at FPCCI, KATI, Pakistan Hardware Marchants Association (PHMA), and other trade bodies where he resolved the problems faced by the trade and industry related to telecommunications and Utilities.
Mr. Qureshi has been active to spread awareness regarding the public general issues for a long time. It makes productive coordination between Government, and Public. Currently, he is President of Pakistan Malaysia Friendship Association (PMFA).
Mr. Shahid Jawed Qureshi has thanked the President FPCCI for reposing confidence in him and vowed to serve with full dedication for the redressal of grievances of the trade and industry in relation to their phone related problems all over the country.
