Alamgir Welfare Trust is a leading philanthropic organization, providing health, education and food to the underprivileged in our community. Their body of work is inspiring and outstanding, and their efforts are unparalleled. It is organizations like these that restore our faith in humanity, and deserve our applause and undying support.
I was privileged to be given a tour of their premises where I met with patients who were getting free of cost dialysis among other health services. There was also a separate ward for covid testing, for storage of expensive medications to be given away to the needy, etc. I am beyond impressed with the massive benevolence and passion to serve humanity, that I witnessed.
