Houston: Pakistan’s prestigious civilian honor Hilal-i-Imtiaz (Crescent of Excellence) for American-based Pakistani Oil Tycoon and Philanthropist Javaid Anwer is the Founder & CEO of Midland Energy in Texas USA. Prominent American-based Pakistani expatriate Syed Javaid Anwar has become the first person to receive the prestigious award: Hilal-i-Imtiaz.
Hilal-i-Imtiaz is the second-highest civilian award & honor given to both civilians and military officers of the Pakistan armed forces by the Government of Pakistan to recognize their achievements and outstanding services for the country.
