Jamshoro : Third year students of Communication Design Department at Shaheed
Allah Buksh Soomro (SABS) University of Art, Design and Heritages Jamshoro organized a Mini
Thesis Display in premises of the Department. Vice-chancellor SABS Prof. Dr. Arabella Bhutto
inaugurated the show and appreciated the projects displayed by students. More than 20 students
displayed their projects in the show which were based on innovation, market oriented and latest
ideas.
The projects were supervised by faculty members Mumtaz Ali Mangi and Muhammad Zaman
Bhutto.
Addressing the opening ceremony Vice-chancellor SABS Prof. Dr. Arabella Bhutto said that
organizing events like thesis, mini thesis and micro thesis are the way of encouragement through
which students learn about latest market needs. She said that students have depth in their ideas and
they bring innovation in their projects which attract the visitors. Dr. Bhutto further said that students
must take most of the technology and promote their projects, ideas and concepts through it across the
globe.
The topics on which students presented thewir creative ideas include: Generative Artificial
Intelligence, Emosense-facial recognition advertiser signage system, painting Pakistan through art
movements, Dochi- Promotion of balochi hand embroidery, social media addiction – an awareness
campaign, sign language, Tazard-demarketing campaign for soft drinks, Artventure, Little
exploreres, Artlectic-a synchronized campaign of art movements, the resident spirit, Birahwee
language promotion, Branded vs Non branded, Aura- a fragrance branding campaign, vitiligo
awareness campaign, know your worth, turtle mobile application, bringing Anwar Maqsood to life-
A revival. The exhibition lasted for three days.
