Jamshoro : Shaheed Allah Buksh Soomro (SABS) University of Art, Design and
Heritages Jamshoro organized 4th meeting of Finance and Planning Committee. The meeting was
chaired by Vice-chancellor SABS University Prof. Dr. Arabella Bhutto and attended by Advisor
Finance and Planning HEC, Islamabad, Engr. Dr. Mazhar Saeed, Director finance HEC, Islamabad,
Samina Durani, Director finance HEC Sindh, Feroz Ahmed Mahar, nominee from syndicate, Fazal
Ellahi Khan and Secretary Finance and Planning Committee, SABS University Jamshoro Asif Ali
Shar.
The Committee confirmed the minutes of 3rd meeting of the Finance and Planning Committee. The
Committee reviewed and approved the pol fleet and corporate card to busses and authorized officers
of SABS University, opening the bank branch at campus, to conduct audit of financial year 2022-23
by an audit firm, to form intellectual property policy for commercial activity and recommend to
Syndicate, introduction of performance allowance to improve working efficiency of employees and
to recommend the suitable option to hire visiting, contractual and adjunct faculty for the temporary
arrangement in the departments.
