Relaxing; when it comes to relax ourselves we have no options. This world is having a billion of population and from that population; almost everyone is full of tensions and stress. Why? What’s the reason? Reason is each of us our having a lot of problems due to which we have tensions. Those problems include unemployment, personal relationships, future of children, marriage of children, studies of children and many more.
Every one of us is suffering with this much unlimited tensions that our youngest generation is having the problem of forgetting things. We are losing our senses, minds and we cannot ignore this because it effects our mental health.
Gym and Yoga is not enough for this. As Gym is to make your physical body fit and Yoga is for relaxing minds but Yoga is not enough for relaxing our minds. So the question is; what we will have to do? How to get rid of it?
We’ll have to set our routines for Heart and Brain Coherence. It’ll make us feel so strong and peaceful and we’ll be able to come of these tensions.
What Heart Coherence is? This is a physiological coherence also called heart coherence or cardiac coherence in which you can make your heart rhythm pattern in order and sine wave. In result of heart coherence you’ll feel in peace, relaxed, more energetic and your mind will become so fresh and stress free.
How to do Heart Coherence? Go and sit comfortable on an area which has almost no noise; it’s better to sit on the roof. Close your eyes, start inhaling and exhaling but too slowly and deeper. First of all you’ll have to slowly inhale then slowly exhale and repeat this process for 10 to 15 minutes. When you’re done with this open your eyes, you’ll feel like everything is so good and you will feel yourselves too peaceful.
Heart Coherence is good for every one of any age group. It plays a great role in making you stress free. Try in just once and you’ll habituate yourselves for doing this.
