KARACHI – PSO, the leading oil marketing company of the country, organized an impressive awards ceremony in Lahore to recognize the exceptional performance of its business partners and to appreciate their continued commitment to the prosperity and progress of the company.
The market-share of PSO has witnessed strong growth since January 2019. Thanks to consistent efforts by the management and the business partners. PSO has also recently launched an innovative and first of its kind B2C fuel card, DigiCash, with over 60,000 cards issued in a short period of time. The business partners who played an instrumental role in the company’s performance received certificates of appreciation and shields from PSO.
Senior management of the company including Mr. Jehangir Ali Shah, MD & CEO, Mr. Yacoob Suttar, DMD & CFO, Mr. Shehryar Omar, Senior General Manager Marketing, and other officials from PSO were present on this important event. Mr. Zafarul Islam Usmani, Chairman of the PSO Board of Management also graced the occasion with his presence.
In his address, Mr. Zafarul Islam Usmani, Chairman, PSO Board of Management, said:

The performance of dealers was judged on the basis of sales numbers, compliance to the Health, Safety & Environment standards, the overall appearance of the retail forecourts and the level of service quality being provided by the partners of the company.
M/s Al-Ghani II Filling Station from Jehlum Sales Division of PSO received the Best Dealer Award FY2019 in the Highest Sales category. M/s Sunshine Petroleum from Lahore Sales Division of PSO was recognized as the Best Dealer FY2019 for its Service Quality. The Best Dealer Award FY2019 for DigiCash Sales went to M/s Gascade Fuels of Lahore Division of PSO. Similarly, the Best Distributor Award FY2019 for Industrial Consumer’s segment was received by M/s Al-Ameen Trading Corporation (Pvt.) Ltd from Karachi. M/s Arshad Oil Traders from Jhelum received the Best Distributor Award FY2019 for Distribution Sales and Agency Trade. And the Best Dealer Award in Lubricants category was won by M/s Police Welfare Service Station from the Lahore Sales Division of PSO.
Apart from the above, 34 other dealers of PSO also received awards on their nationwide and division-wide performance under various categories.
