Prime Minister Imran Khan has handed over an important task to Federal Minister for Planning Asad Umar.
PML-Q leader Monis Elahi called on PM Imran Khan in which Federal Minister Asad Umar was also present. In the meeting, the PML-Q leader agreed to go ahead with it.
Prime Minister Imran Khan handed over the task of coordination with the coalition party Q-League to Federal Minister Asad Umar.
Later in the day, after the meeting, PML-Q leader Monis Elahi tweeted on social networking site that our family has always kept its promises for generations.
Monis Elahi said that he has agreed with Prime Minister Imran Khan to work together for the betterment of Pakistan.
It may be recalled that on March 1, Prime Minister Imran Khan reached the residence of Chaudhry brothers where he had met PML-Q chief Chaudhry Shujaat Hussain and Punjab Assembly Speaker Chaudhry Parvez Elahi.
Prime Minister Imran Khan inquired about the well-being of Chaudhry Shujaat Hussain.
On this occasion, the Prime Minister said that I pray to Allah Almighty to grant you a speedy recovery. Chaudhry Shujaat Hussain thanked Imran Khan.
The current political situation in the country and other issues of mutual interest were also discussed in detail during the meeting.
The Chaudhry brothers said that the announcement of reduction in petrol and electricity prices by the Prime Minister was welcome.
He said that announcement of package for revival of industries is very good and similar package should be announced for industrial estates of Punjab.
Prime Minister Imran Khan said that it was a good idea to include the industries of Punjab.
The meeting between the Prime Minister and Chaudhry brothers was also attended by Punjab Chief Minister Sardar Usman Bazdar, Federal Ministers Abdul Razzaq Dawood, Fawad Chaudhry, Makhdoom Khusro Bakhtiar, Shafqat Mahmood, Hamad Azhar and Amir Dogar.
Members of National Assembly Salik Hussain, Hussain Elahi besides Shafi Hussain, Rasikh Elahi and Mintha Ashraf and Muhammad Khan Bhatti were also present in the meeting.
