SUKKUR, December 13, 2022: Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif laid the foundation stone of 306 km long Hyderabad-Sukkur Motorway (M-6) project, that will cost Rs 307 billion scheduled to ready in the short period of the next 30 months.
The Motorway (M-6) project, the last part of Peshawar to Karachi Motorway, will be constructed on public-private partnership basis.


Total 15 interchanges, one major bridge over the Indus River, 19 underpasses and six flyovers will be part of this motorway.
Besides, 10 service areas will be constructed on either sides of the motorway at a distance of 50 km.
This M6 Motorway will pass through the districts of Jamshoro, Hyderabad, Matiari, Benazirabad, Nowshero Feroze, Khairpur and Sukkur.
