KARACHI – Patron in Chief of United Business Group (UBG), S.M. Muneer has said that Prime Minister of Pakistan Imran Khan should consult business community representatives to formulate economic policies to make the country economically strong. He said despite its rapid spread of the third wave of covet 19, Pakistan’s exports are somewhat better than other countries in the region.
Talking to the media at a dinner hosted by Chairman Crown Group, Farhan Hanif, he said political tensions in the country must now end so that Pakistan can become a strong economic nation in the region.
Former President of the Federation Zubair Tufail, Senator Abdul Haseeb Khan, Khalid Tawab, Ikhtiar Beg, Noor Ahmad Khan, Shakeel Dhingra, and S.M. Nasee was present on the occasion.
He said that we are happy that the Pakistan Democratic Movement (PDM) has postponed the long march. However, in the current situation, any long march will cause harm to the country’s economy. All political parties should raise their voices in the assemblies and in the Senate.
