KARACHI – PIA Boys Scouts Association is celebrate the Birthday of Lord Baden Powell the Founder of World Scouts Movement. On this occasion CEO-PIA & Chief Scout of PIA Boys Scouts Association Air Marshall Arshad Malik in his message said that we are thankful to Lord Baden Powell for his role as a Founder of Scouting Movement Worldwide.
His services are incredible. He provided the opportunity to young people that enable them to educated and enlightened. He further said that this year, PIA Scouts will celebrate not only his life, but also work of the volunteers who made it possible to keep going Pandemic.
The PIA Volunteers and many key workers kept PIA functioning during lock-down and have been a huge beacons of the hope for the better days to come.
He further said that the unifying sense of humanity that has been displayed throughout the years of Scouting, has been vital to communities everywhere over the past year
As Founder’s Day today honors the Chief Scouts of the World Scouts volunteers and key workers, it is important to remember to be kind and support one another, the way that Lord Baden Powell had intended Scouts to.
