LAHORE – The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has announced changes to the HBL PSL X schedule due to rising temperatures across the country.
The afternoon clash between Multan Sultans and Karachi Kings, originally set for 1 May at Multan Cricket Stadium, has been relocated to Gaddafi Stadium in Lahore, with a new start time of 3 pm. As a result, Lahore will now host a double-header on Labour Day, 1 May, with the Lahore Qalandars vs Quetta Gladiators match taking place at 8 pm as originally planned.
Additionally, the final Multan fixture between Multan Sultans and Quetta Gladiators, initially scheduled for the afternoon of 10 May, has been shifted to the evening of 11 May at Multan Cricket Stadium, with play beginning at 8 pm.
These adjustments were made following extensive discussions with stakeholders, prioritizing operational convenience and player and fan safety amid the ongoing heatwave.
Ticket Information:
Fans who purchased tickets online for the 1 May match in Multan will automatically receive refunds to their original payment accounts. Those who bought tickets from express centres must visit TCS outlets for a physical refund. The PCB apologizes for any inconvenience caused.
Fans can now use their evening match tickets to enjoy both games on 1 May at Gaddafi Stadium. Tickets already bought for the 10 May fixture will remain valid for the rescheduled game on 11 May.
