ISLAMABAD – Ambassador of Government of Japan to Pakistan Mastuda Kuinori called on Special Assistant to Prime Minister on Petroleum Nadeem Babar in Islamabad today (Monday).
Nadeem Babar discussed with him the cooperation in key sectors of energy and petroleum between both the countries.
The SAPM also discussed with the Japanese Ambassador oil and gas policy with focus on the areas of opportunities.
Nadeem Babar hoped that Japanese companies and investors would extend their business interests, benefiting from the new policies and steps to improve ease-of-doing-business in petroleum sector of Pakistan.
The Ambassador expressed his pleasure at opening of the oil and gas sectors and commended the improved ease of doing business environment in the country.
He also stressed the need of the regional connectivity for cooperation in energy sector.
