The Special Central Court of Lahore summoned Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif and Hamza Shehbaz for the upcoming hearing of the money laundering case .
The court adjourned the hearing of the money laundering case against Shehbaz Sharif and Hamza Shehbaz and others till September 7.
Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif and Hamza Shehbaz submitted a request for one-day attendance exemption in the court.
In the application, the position was adopted that Shahbaz Sharif will not appear in the court due to official engagements and Hamza Shahbaz due to back pain.
In the petition, it was requested that the court approve the plea of ??Shehbaz Sharif and Hamza Shehbaz for one-day attendance waiver.
During the hearing, Shahbaz Sharif’s lawyer Amjad Parvez said that Shahbaz Sharif was busy in official meetings in Islamabad yesterday, he was ready to come to Lahore from Islamabad, he was prevented from traveling due to bad weather at night.
The prosecutor of the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) said that there is no objection to the pardon of Shahbaz Sharif and Hamza Shahbaz.
The FIA ??prosecutor said that as soon as the bail was granted, the accused stopped appearing in the court.
The prosecutor says that the death of the accused Malik Maqsood has been confirmed, the death certificate of the accused Malik Maqsood has been submitted.
FIA, while presenting the property records of accused Salman Shehbaz, said that the records have come from some institutions and some are yet to come.
The court adjourned the hearing of the money laundering case till September 7.
