During Aqua tech Amsterdam Water Treatment Exhibition November 5 to 8, Maqsood Ahmad Naz Sr. Vice Chairman US PAK Trade Development Council / Convener for FPCCI Central Standing Committee for Water Recycling and CEO Olympia have a meet Dean Amhaus President & CEO The Water Council USA along with his team members from European Cluster regarding ongoing discussion for the allocation of Funded Clean Drinking Water project for Pakistan’s Developing areas.
President Dean very kindly confirmed that he has already discussed with the US concerned Department and intends to get one project for Pakistan similar to their existing Clean Drinking Water Projects in many developing countries.
We are in touch with the US Commercial Services for ongoing activities. As the Ambassador of Pakistan and UAE Chapter of Nobel Sustainability Trust Switzerland Maqsood Naz also explained to them the role and importance of NST in the region and suggested they to sign MOU with Nobel Sustainability Trust for working together for this Nobel cause. President Dean appreciated this idea and gave his consent.
President Dean also suggested involving Pakistani Universities student for the collection of water data from various industries for the analysis. They will invite such a group of students to the USA for their internship/training bearing all expenses.
Maqsood Naz invited them for visiting Pakistan especially the FPCCI Central Karachi office and Pakistan Water Council for sharing their experience. During their visit, they will select particular developing areas of Pakistan where there is an acute shortage of Clean Drinking Water.
Maqsood Naz will arrange their meeting with Dr. Micheal Nobel Chairman Nobel Sustainability Trust during the upcoming Nobel Sustainability Award Ceremony.
